SVKM Connect gives students a simple way to discover compatible people, start conversations, and build meaningful connections across campus.
Starting a conversation should not feel complicated. SVKM Connect brings campus discovery, preferences, and connection requests into one focused experience.
The project is designed for the SVKM student community, with profile choices that help people find others who share their college, course, interests, and campus experience.
Every account is tied to a real student identity, and demo profiles are always labelled BOT so you always know what you are looking at.
Every part of the experience is designed to help you move from discovery to a real conversation without unnecessary steps.
Choose your college, course, year, and the kind of people you would like to meet.
Browse every compatible profile available from the connected student database.
Send a connection request and unlock private chat when the other student accepts.
The live Possible Matches panel checks every available profile and applies the same clear criteria each time.
Your course must match the profile course.
Your college must match the profile college.
Profiles from every year qualify, with your own year listed first when available.
When your profile lists a gender, complementary, non-binary, open, or unspecified profiles may appear. If no gender is specified, the results include every matching gender.
If your branch has fewer than four students signed up yet, the panel is topped up with clearly labelled campus bot profiles so you always have something to look at while the community grows.
A respectful campus experience depends on clear choices, considerate communication, and responsible use of everyone's information.
You decide what to share, who you connect with, and when you want to move a conversation forward.
Profiles are intended for kind, genuine, and consent-based campus interactions.
The live panel explains the criteria used and does not hide additional results behind a short preview.
The project is open source so its code, data handling, and future improvements can be reviewed.
